Everything started with a simple idea — good technology should not be limited to large companies. In a country like India, where SMBs contribute a significant portion of GDP, high-quality custom software should be accessible to all.
We started building high-quality custom software for SMBs and startups, combining optimal technologies with mature process frameworks and sound risk and project management practices.
Today, ITMTB serves both public and private sector businesses across 6 countries and 16 industries — from pharma supply chains to fintech transaction security to government platforms.
Orchestrik is the next chapter: the agent orchestration platform we built for ourselves after deploying AI agents for those clients.

He began his career at HSBC's Global Technology Center, leading data warehousing infrastructure for HSBC UK and the Middle East. Over six years, he built global disaster recovery systems, re-engineered data centre capacities, and developed algorithms for distributed data processing.
But everything changed in March 2020.
As the world came to a standstill and digital transformation became the only way forward, Aakash noticed a troubling pattern: small and medium businesses were falling behind. Despite a flood of SaaS options, most lacked access to high-quality, tailored technology that truly fit their needs.
And so, ITMTB — Ideas That Make Things Better — was born. Five years later, the same team building AI agents for enterprise clients identified a gap in how those agents were orchestrated, governed, and deployed. That gap became Orchestrik.
Why Orchestrik came about

Regulated industries — pharma, banking, government — required immutable audit trails and explainability. Most agent platforms weren't built for that.
Data residency rules
Enterprises with strict data residency couldn't use cloud-hosted agent infrastructure. On-premise had to be first-class, not an afterthought.
No multi-agent governance
Deploying multiple specialised agents together meant recreating orchestration plumbing from scratch every time. No standard way to govern them as a system.
The tools that existed assumed cloud-first, startup-friendly deployments. We built Orchestrik starting from enterprise constraints — because that's the environment we actually worked in.
